Mark owns and operates City Contractors. Mark has over 40 years experience in Civil Construction and is responsible for strategic direction, business planning and estimating.

Dylan started with City Contractors over 15 years ago and has worked his way up through the company, gaining additional experience working overseas during this time. Dylan is responsible for project management on large water main and fire main contracts along with his new role as General Manager.

Kevin has over 30 experience in the water reticulation industry and has a broad skillset covering all facets of maintenance, construction and project management. Kevin started with City Contractors in November 2015 and has quickly shown his experience and skills in reticulation are invaluable.

Soham started as an intern during his Bachelor of Engineering Degree and has quickly progressed through to Project Manager. He has 5+ years full time experience at the company and currently heads the renewal division. Although predominantly working with Watercare, he also has experience running large private/commercial projects.

Guru joined City Contractors in September 2019 as a Junior Engineer and is currently looking after renewals projects and assisting with programing, QA and site management.

Bill started with us in May 2025 after coming off the Watercare Central Interceptor Project and has over 17 years of experience in the civil and building industries across the Philippines, Singapore and New Zealand. He currently oversees site management and project engineering across multiple projects for our company.

Karen is responsible for all company administration which includes accounts, both receivable and payable, claims and general daily office requirements. Karen also has the role of Health and Safety Manager and heads all our safety systems and procedures.

Lynley joined City Contractors in 2020 as a planner and contract administrator after similar roles at Lend Lease and Fulton Hogan. Lynley collaborates with project managers, creating health and safety plans, coordinating with local authorities for permits, asset protection, traffic management approvals, and providing compliance documentation and customer communications.

Andrea is responsible for accounts payable, wages and reception. She does a great job looking after all the staff and public queries.
